This class has been designed to teach you how to move from single tier cakes traditionally prepared with buttercream to stacked cakes prepared with ganache for a very special occasion.

Some of the key learning points will include - how to prepare and fill a sponge cake, prepare with a coat of ganache, cover your cake  and dummy cake with roll out icing to create a modern sharp edge , stack  your cakes and finish with sugar paste flower details and ribbon.

You’ll learn my recipes for cakes, buttercream, ganache and you can ask as many questions as you need to during the class.

Everything is included for you to complete the class and you’ll take away your decorated cake at the end of the class.
