Terms & Conditions prior to COVID 19 Lockdown
Courses will run, subject to minimum number of bookings.
If Cake Creamery have to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted before the course start date and offered a full refund, gift voucher or a transfer onto another date.
All lessons are taught in small groups to ensure a more personal learning experience. If you are under the age of 16, please contact Cake Creamery before booking onto a class.
You attend our classes at your own risk, we will not be liable for any injuries, illness or accidents that occur during your class.
If a class is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule the class. If you cannot attend this date a gift voucher will be issued.
If purchasing a gift voucher, full payment is required before a gift voucher can be issued. Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of issue and are non refundable. Vouchers can be emailed *

Cake Creamery is not a nut or gluten free premises. food prepared at Cake Creamery may contain allergens including -
To book one of our group class listed on the website, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total class value booked is required to secure the booking. Once your deposit has been received, we will purchase the ingredients and materials for your place on the class.
To secure a date for private tuition, group classes, parties or corporate events, a non refundable deposit is required before the date is booked and confirmed.
*Vouchers can be redeemed against classes, in this case once booking is confirmed please note that if you do not attend the class or give short notice of a cancellation (within 7 days before the class date), we will retain 50% of the class fee as other customers may have been turned away from the class and class materials will have been purchased.
We may email you before the class date with a quick reminder of the booking, but its your responsibility to make a note of the class date and time so you don’t miss the class. You can find the location of the classroom on the contact us page.
We can accept bank, paypal transfer or cheque as forms of payment.
If you do not attend the class or give short notice of a cancellation for any reason (within 7 days before the class date), we will retain the deposit paid of 50% as other customers may have been turned away from the class and class materials will have already been purchased for your place and we will be unable to fill the place at such short notice.
If you cancel your place prior to 7 days of the class date, we can look to transfer you to the next available date. You are only able to switch once, if you cancel a second time 7 days prior to class , we will retain the deposit paid.
Privacy notice/policy -
The information we collect, may include name, address, telephone number email address and home address.
We do not share or sell your information to any 3rd party and only those involved in the processing of your booking will need access to the information.
The information you provide when you make a booking is not kept any longer than is necessary and destroyed in a responsible manner.
Photos and videos may be taken in class and can be used for website and social media promotion. Please let us know in during the class if you wish to not be on these photos.
